MINDFUL ART CURRICULUM

Mindful Art (SUMMER) — A Creative Journey Inward 

 

This 4-week course blends mindfulness and creative expression in a calm, supportive studio setting. Each class begins with a 3-minute seated meditation, where students learn how to quiet the mind, open their awareness, and awaken their senses before creating.

Students build foundational skills in drawing and painting while exploring how line, color, and form can express emotion and identity. The course encourages thoughtful observation, self-reflection, and personal growth through art.

The experience culminates in a meaningful final piece and a small exhibition to celebrate each student’s creative journey.
