Project Goal: Surrealist Life Collage

In this project, students explore the Surrealist movement and the work of Salvador Dalí. Inspired by the imaginative and dreamlike qualities of Surrealism, students create a visual representation of their own “Surrealist Life” using Adobe Photoshop.

The goal of this project is to develop foundational digital design skills while thinking conceptually. Students learn how to accurately remove backgrounds, use scaling techniques to create visual impact, and apply basic composition principles to build a cohesive and balanced image. Through this process, students combine technical skills with creative storytelling to produce an original surrealist digital artwork.
